For the flexible sessions like office hours or a quick 1:1, you don't need to guess when I'm free. The times below are my real openings, already checked across all my calendars, in 60-minute blocks. Pick one and it books straight in. For the fixed group sessions, use the Hold buttons on the cards further down instead.
Suggested slots sit in the 8–10am Pacific band. That is late afternoon in Nairobi and evening in India, the fairest shared window for this team.
